Job title DCS Executive Span DCS Function & Role Operations - Operations Job Family Associate Reporting to Shift Incharge Direct Reportees Field Operators Purpose Statement Ensure optimum and safe production process by monitoring & controlling the operative machinery & equipments by operating DCS Key Role & Responsibilities - Operate DCS to regulate the valves to control flow of raw materials to obtain desired chemical reaction and control process variables like flows, temperatures and utility streams

• Maintain process parameters, density, checkpoints, PH, temperature, Load, levels, RPM and check quantity of the raw materials as per specifications
• Maintain housekeeping as per the defined standards
• Manage a team of operators and give them accurate instructions to run the process operations
• Process the samples of products and conduct quality checks to ensure that desired standards are met
• React promptly on various process and safety alarms by mitigating risk, regulating or shutting down machinery during emergency situations, as directed by shift in-charge
• Communicate with other plants for raw materials, finished goods, dispatch , transportation Initiate permits for various works
• Comply with HSE rules & regulations & mandatory PPE, PPE Matrix, Behaviour based safety guidelines
• Contribute to Area Ownership concept and ensure adhere to Zero Tolerance specifications
• Participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Preventive Maintenance, Tool-box talk, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Internal & External Relationship Function / Agency Purpose of Interaction Frequency Maintenance For preventive & operational maintenance Weekly Safety To Initiate the safety permits for various works Daily Quality Check For quality checks of raw materials, intermediate and finished products Daily Job specification Experience 4- 6 Years Qualification B.Sc. (Chemistry), Diploma- Chemical Certifications/Trainings
