Manager Direct Reportees(position) N/A Purpose Statement To conduct LAB testing and inspection of samples received from the operations team and maintain records of analyzed data Key Role & Responsibilities - Facilitate sampling of raw materials & finished goods to get a prescribed sample as per SOP (Standard operational procedure)

• Inspect and analyse samples in accordance with the quality plans and documented procedures within stipulated time
• Maintain & clean instruments & ensure calibration & standardization of measuring & test equipment, LAB reagents etc. used for quality control as per SOP
• Maintain highest standards of housekeeping & safety in the laboratory during work
• Prepare COA(certificate of analysis) for various reports like; RM (raw material)/PM (Purchased material) and FG (finished goods) and submit the same to immediate superior for approval
• Maintain safe work practices by using the applicable PPEs (Personnel protective equipment) w.r.t LAB Internal & External Relationship Function / Agency Purpose of Interaction Frequency Operations To insepct samples and communicate results Daily Dispatch To communication regarding raw materials & finished good reports Daily Job specification Experience 0-2 Years Qualification B.Sc Chemistry or Above Certifications/Trainings Basic Knowledge of Chemistry & Computers
