Job Description
Key Responsibilities :-
1. Branch Operations Management
- Lead and monitor daily operations across 2025 Home Loan branches.
- Ensure timely processing of login, and disbursement of files.
- Track branchwise productivity, TAT adherence, and operational efficiency.
- Plan manpower allocation and provide operational guidance to branch operation officers.
2. Compliance, Audit & Risk Control
- Ensure 100% adherence to internal policies, NHB and RBI guidelines, and company SOPs.
- Conduct branch audits (surprise & planned) and close audit observations on time.
- Mitigate financial, operational, and documentation risks in the home loan process.
- Strengthen makerchecker controls and ensure documentation accuracy.
3. Customer Experience & Service Delivery and Branch Cash & Cashier Management Responsibility
- Ensure branches deliver superior customer service and timely issueresolution.
- Monitor customer escalations and provide quick and accurate solutions.
- Implement initiatives to enhance NPS, customer satisfaction and postdisbursement service quality.
- The incumbent will coordinate with branch cashier/CMS Vendor and Head Office to ensure secure and efficient cash operations.
- Branch Cash Vault Management, dual control, and Maker- Checker control. Cash Reports and Daily Cash MIS.
4. Coordination with Stakeholders
- Work closely with Credit, Technical, Legal, Sales, Collections, HR & IT teams.
- Support sales team by enabling efficient operational processes.
- Ensure smooth coordination for sanction letters, KFS, legal reports, valuation, and disbursement files.
5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Review branch performance dashboards, TAT performance, and SLA adherence.
- Publish weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS to senior management.
- Identify underperforming branches and implement corrective action plans.
