We are looking for Fresher Law Graduates for our Legal Recovery Team at Jaipur Location.

• Assist in legal recovery proceedings under the SARFAESI Act and other applicable laws.
• Review and analyze property papers, title deeds, and mortgage documents to ensure authenticity and legal validity.
• Support in drafting notices, replies, and other legal documents related to recovery cases.
• Coordinate with external advocates, law firms, and internal stakeholders for case updates and hearings.
• Maintain accurate records of recovery cases, property documentation, and compliance reports.
• Conduct preliminary due diligence on property titles and ownership before initiating recovery actions.
