Financial Control Specialist

What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing month-end close procedures, and preparing financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

What you will do: You will ensure that financial information is accurate, reliable, and compliant with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Perform month-end and year-end close procedures.
• Prepare financial reports and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and forecast.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 0-1 year of experience in a financial control role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
