Job Description
- Role Overview:
As a Territory Business Manager for General Medicine in Bhubaneswar, your primary job function will include achieving the assigned territory sales targets, conducting effective field work independently, reporting daily field work on the online system, and meeting the call average and coverage norms of the division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share.
- Promote the Division's products according to the strategy.
- Build relationships with stakeholders such as doctors, chemists, and stockists.
- Facilitate strategy building.
- Serve as a good brand ambassador for the company.
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum education requirement is a BSc/B. Pharma degree.

- Preferably 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication and analytical skills will be considered.
- Candidates with prior or current experience in the same therapy area, especially from MNCs or top Indian Pharma companies, will have an added advantage.
