Job Description
- As a Therapy Business Manager at Abbott, your role involves achieving monthly, quarterly, half yearly, and yearly sales targets by ethically promoting company products to customers as per the business plan. You will be responsible for ensuring the average Doctor/Customer call as per the customer management plan of the division. Additionally, you will organize camps (CME) based on division strategy and customer needs, facilitate successful new product launches, and maintain an updated customer list as per therapy and product requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets by promoting company products ethically
- Organize camps (CME) and facilitate new product launches
- Maintain an updated customer list and ensure adherence to CLM calls
- Conduct prescription audits for Abbott brands and competitors" brands
- Generate POBs for Abbott brands as per the business plan

Qualifications Required:
- BSc/B.Pharm or Any Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of prior experience as a Medical Representative
If you have prior/current experience in the same therapy, it would be preferred. Candidates from MNCs and top Indian Pharma companies will have added advantages. Communication skills are crucial for this role, so being fluent and confident in communication is essential.,
