Purpose Of The Role

Manage area-level business performance by leading multiple branches to achieve disbursement, yield, and portfolio quality objectives, ensuring operational excellence and team productivity

Key Responsibilities

• Execute regional business plans and achieve area-level sales and collection targets.
• Lead Branch Managers and sales teams to deliver consistent business results.
• Strengthen dealer relationships and drive sourcing through effective channel engagement.
• Monitor lead conversion, credit quality, and turnaround time.
• Drive portfolio hygiene through close follow-up and delinquency control.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and support skill enhancement across teams.
• Ensure adherence to process, policy, and compliance requirements.
• Identify and drive new market opportunities within the area.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections for smooth workflow.
• Maintain customer focus by ensuring service quality and quick query resolution.
• Guide Branch Managers in cost control, team development, and profitability improvement.

• 6–9 years in vehicle finance / retail lending with experience managing multiple branches.
• Strong understanding of field sales, credit evaluation, and customer servicing
