Role & Responsibilities :
- Lead and execute the end-to-end content strategy aligned with commercial and brand objectives for the UK market.
- Define and maintain a consistent, engaging brand voice across all digital touchpoints (website, product pages, banners, emails, social media, influencer campaigns, and more).
- Oversee content creation and optimisation for :
1. Product detail pages, category pages, landing pages, and promotional campaigns
2. Email marketing, SMS, push notifications
3. Social media, influencer briefs, and paid creatives
- Drive organic growth through SEO-led content strategies and collaborate with performance marketing on paid campaigns and conversion rate optimization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (performance marketing, CRM, design, UX, product, merchandising, procurement, and operations) to align content calendars with UK sales cycles, seasonal events, and product launches.
- Ensure all content complies with UK advertising standards, consumer protection, and data/privacy norms.
- Stay updated on UK market trends, customer expectations, and competitor activity to keep our content fresh and relevant.
What We're Looking For :
- 8 - 10 years of experience in content leadership roles, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of UK consumer behaviour, British English, and e-commerce best practices.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SEO, analytics, and data-driven content optimisation.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- MBA/PGDM in International Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
