KNAB Finance is a fast-growing fintech company specializing in Loan Against Shares and Mutual Funds and digital lending solutions. Through our flagship product Abhi Loan, we aim to simplify access to credit with a seamless, tech-driven customer experience.
We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Head of Product to lead product vision, innovation, and growth across our lending ecosystem.
Role Overview
The Head of Product will be responsible for defining and executing the overall product strategy for Abhi Loan, including LMS (Loan Management System), customer journey, underwriting tech, integrations, and growth initiatives.
This role requires strong leadership, fintech domain expertise, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to scale products in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
Product Vision & Strategy

• Define and own the long-term product vision aligned with company goals.
• Build and execute product roadmap across lending, LMS, underwriting, and customer experience.
• Identify new product opportunities, revenue streams, and partnerships.
  

Leadership & Team Management

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team (PMs, APMs, BAs).
• Establish strong product culture focused on ownership, accountability, and innovation.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Risk, Sales, Marketing, and Operations leadership.
  

Product Development & Execution

• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and scaling.
• Ensure timely delivery with quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee API integrations, third-party vendor integrations, and technology partnerships.
  

Business & Growth Ownership

• Own product P&L and revenue growth targets.
• Define and monitor product KPIs including CAC, conversion rate, NPA metrics, customer retention, and LTV.
• Optimize funnel performance and lending efficiency.
  

Data & Analytics

• Implement data-driven decision-making frameworks.

  Get Hired
• Use customer insights, analytics, and market research to guide product improvements.
• Lead experimentation and A/B testing initiatives.
  

Regulatory & Compliance Alignment

• Ensure product compliance with RBI and financial regulatory guidelines.
• Work with legal and compliance teams to mitigate product risk.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred.
• 7 to 8 years of experience in Product Management.
• 3-4 years in leadership role managing product teams.
• Strong experience in Fintech / Lending / NBFC / BFSI domain.
• Experience in Loan Management Systems (LMS), underwriting systems, LOS, and digital lending journeys.
• Strong understanding of APIs, SQL, data analytics, and product tech architecture.
• Proven track record of scaling fintech products.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
