As we scale rapidly, were looking for bright, hands-on professionals to lead our IT Applications and Development function, driving innovation and building the platforms that will fuel our next phase of growth.

Role Summary:

This is a mid-senior level position responsible for managing and evolving the companys application landscape. The individual will oversee the upkeep of existing systems (including LOS, LMS), develop in-house applications, and act as the internal project manager for all IT software development initiatives involving external vendors. The role is closely integrated with Business, Product, and Operations teams, and provides a clear path to a future CTO role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot existing core applications (LOS/LMS/CRM/Accounting).
• Develop small-scale in-house software utilities/tools to address internal process needs.

  Get Hired
  Lead and coordinate software development projects outsourced to external vendors.
• Work with business and product teams to gather requirements, prepare BRDs/PRDs, and ensure timely and quality delivery from vendors.
• Maintain documentation and SOPs for system processes and workflows.
• Manage internal IT team members (junior developers or support staff).
• Ensure integration between various systems (e.g., LOS to LMS to Accounting).
• Ensure application security, performance optimization, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate on building a long-term IT roadmap aligned to business priorities.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• 58 years in IT/Software Project Management roles within a lending institution (NBFC, fintech, bank).
• Hands-on exposure to Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS).
• Experience working with APIs, microservices, and third-party system integrations.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to groom and lead a small team; strong sense of ownership and delivery.
