Job Description

You will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) solutions for reporting, dashboards, and data visualization. Your role will involve collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data-driven insights. Additionally, you will develop interactive dashboards and reports that offer real-time and predictive analytics to support decision-making processes.

Your duties will include optimizing data models and queries for improved performance and usability, as well as driving data governance, standardization, and best practices for data visualization and reporting. You will work closely with IT and business teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security, and will be required to train and mentor junior analysts and business users on SAC and data visualization best practices.
To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. Certification in SAP Analytics Cloud or SAP BW/HANA would be an advantage. You should have 8-10 years of experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Business Intelligence, and Data Visualization, with a strong knowledge of SAP functional and technical modules.

Expertise in dashboarding, storytelling, and predictive analytics using SAC is essential, along with experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration with SAP BW, HANA, or other sources. Proficiency in SAP BW, SAP HANA, SQL, and other data visualization tools is required. An analytical mindset and the ability to interpret complex business requirements into meaningful insights are crucial.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in Poultry, Agritech, FMCG, or Manufacturing industries. Knowledge of AI/ML-driven analytics and automation would be a plus. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills are also important for this role.,
