Job Description
- As an IT Executive at ABL Workspaces, you will be responsible for managing overall IT-related matters including hardware, network, and IT support. Your role will require a strong technical background in network systems and knowledge of best practices in general IT and end-user support. You should be self-motivated, proactive, meticulous, and adaptable to fast changes. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure are vital for this position. You will need to prioritize tasks effectively and be able to work both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
In this role, you will be expected to explore new ideas and innovations, collaborating with key teams across the organization to deliver effective IT solutions. Analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a good command of the English language, both verbal and written. Being resourceful, innovative, and adaptable in a changing environment will be key to your success. You should also be comfortable working with external parties such as stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to achieve desired results through collaboration and partnerships.
The ideal candidate for this position should have 2-3 years of experience in IT, with qualifications such as a minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in an IT discipline. Specific skills required include IT support, desktop support, hardware and internet network management, server handling, ISP billing, network booster, and CCTV surveillance (including installation, camera monitoring, and recording).
