Job Description
- You are a skilled Backend Software Engineer (SDE1) proficient in Java, Node.js, SQL, and RESTful APIs. Your expertise in Express.js and JavaScript will be instrumental in developing and maintaining scalable backend services. Your primary responsibilities include designing databases using MySQL, building secure APIs, integrating third-party services, and collaborating with frontend developers to enhance user experience. With a minimum of 1+ years of backend development experience and a background in cloud technologies or Fintech, you are well-equipped to contribute to our dynamic team.
Your key responsibilities will revolve around developing and maintaining efficient backend services using Node.js and Express.js, designing MySQL databases, building secure APIs, integrating third-party services seamlessly, collaborating with frontend developers for system consistency, and optimizing system performance for high scalability and availability. Additionally, staying updated with emerging trends in backend development, cloud technologies, and Fintech solutions is crucial for your role.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1+ years of backend development experience with Node.js, Express.js, and MySQL
- Proficient in building scalable APIs and integrating third-party services
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and backend development best practices
- Knowledge of responsive design and cross-platform compatibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git
