Role Overview:

As an Associate Market Director for Private Wealth Advisory in the assigned region, you will spearhead the strategic expansion and management of our high-net-worth client portfolio. This leadership role involves orchestrating complex investment solutions, mentoring a high-performing team of relationship managers, and serving as the primary point of contact for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices. You will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring superior client retention, and navigating volatile financial markets to deliver bespoke wealth strategies. By bridging the gap between sophisticated financial products and client objectives, you will directly influence the firms market footprint and long-term profitability in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute regional business strategies to capture market share and increase the Assets Under Management (AUM) within the Jaipur territory.
• Lead and mentor a team of relationship managers to ensure high-quality client servicing and consistent achievement of revenue targets.
• Design and implement customized investment solutions that align with the risk appetite and financial goals of private banking clients.
• Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and high-net-worth prospects to drive business development and brand advocacy.
• Monitor financial market trends and regulatory shifts to provide timely, actionable insights that protect and grow client portfolios.
• Collaborate with internal product and research teams to ensure the seamless delivery of comprehensive wealth management services.
