Job Description

    As a Pre Sales professional specializing in Data, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VOIP products, you will play a crucial role in educating prospective customers on the benefits of our solution offerings. You will lead technical discovery and qualification meetings, conduct evaluations, presentations, and proposals for potential customers either through conference calls or site visits. Your responsibilities will also include participating in sales strategy discussions, developing direct relationships with prospects and existing customers, and actively engaging in customer network planning.
    You will collaborate with the account team to understand customer business and technical drivers, engineer solutions based on customer requirements, and provide design documents and network diagrams as necessary. It will be your duty to ensure customer contract acceptance, deliver technical sales training for the account teams, and work closely with OEM Pre Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to develop strategies based on customer feedback. Keeping abreast of current services, you will work with Marketing to develop key product/solution messaging and sales enablement materials.
    To excel in this role, you should hold a B.Sc/BE/B.Tech. /M.Sc/MBA degree with 3-5 years of relevant industry experience. Candidates with backgrounds in companies such as Tulip Telecom, SPANCO, Shayam Telecom, Tata Telecom (Avaya Global Connect), Crompton Greaves (CG), Siemens, Enkay, BPL, HCL, Datacraft, Cisco, NEC, Wipro, or similar system integrators are preferred. Excellent communication skills, the ability to handle large accounts, willingness to travel extensively, and proficiency in making presentations are essential attributes for this position.
