Senior Tax Associate Experience: 2–3 Years Salary: ₹65,000–₹80,000 per month + Bonus Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (5 days a week) Job Overview We are looking for a skilled Senior Tax Associate with 2–3 years of relevant experience in Australian taxation and tax return preparation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience preparing and reviewing Australian tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships. The role requires strong technical knowledge of Australian tax compliance, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage tax preparation tasks while meeting deadlines. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate Australian tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships. Handle end-to-end tax preparation and compliance activities. Review financial information and supporting documents required for tax return preparation. Ensure tax returns are prepared accurately and in accordance with applicable Australian tax regulations. Identify tax adjustments, deductions, and relevant compliance requirements. Review tax calculations and supporting schedules for accuracy. Liaise with clients and internal teams to obtain required information and resolve queries. Maintain accurate tax and accounting records. Assist with tax-related research and resolution of technical issues. Ensure all assigned tax returns and compliance work are completed within deadlines. Support other Australian taxation and accounting requirements as required. Key Requirements 2–3 years of relevant experience in Australian taxation. Hands-on experience preparing Australian tax returns is essential. Experience handling tax returns for: Individuals Companies Trusts Partnerships Strong understanding of Australian tax compliance and taxation principles. Good knowledge of tax deductions, adjustments, and supporting schedules. Experience working with Australian clients will be preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tax assignments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to meet strict deadlines and maintain high-quality work.
