Finance and Admin Manager Hiring for an Australian outsourcing firm in Surat | AccountingBaba Recruitment Location:Sosyo Circle, Surat (onsite only) Timings:8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 5 days a week (fixed, no off-hours overlap) Reports to: Partner Experience: 4 to 6 years Qualification: Any graduate Salary: INR 50,000 to 60,000 per month Joining: Immediate Clients served: Australian clients only About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Finance and Admin Manager to run the complete finance function for an Australian outsourcing firm based in Surat. You will start as a one-person team and own the books end to end. As the business grows, you may get a junior team member to lead and mentor under you. Key Responsibilities Accounting and Compliance • Maintain complete books of accounts in Xero for Australian entities • Prepare and file quarterly GST and BAS returns • Perform bank, credit card and ledger reconciliations on a regular schedule • Run month-end close and prepare MIS and management reports Receivables, Payables and Payroll • Manage accounts receivable: raise invoices and follow up on collections • Manage accounts payable: process bills, vendor payments and ageing • Process payroll Planning and Administration • Support budgeting and forecasting for the partner • Handle day-to-day office and finance administration alongside the finance work • Communicate with Australian clients and stakeholders by email and calls • Lead and guide a junior team member if the team expands Must-Have Requirements • 4 to 6 years of relevant accounting and finance experience • Prior experience in Australian outsourcing (first preference); UK or US outsourcing firms (second preference) • Working knowledge of Xero accounting software • Strong written and spoken English, comfortable dealing directly with clients • Hands-on experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, AR and AP • Willing to work onsite from Sosyo Circle, Surat (8 AM to 5 PM, 5 days a week Good to Have • HubSpot • Advanced Excel • Prior experience handling or mentoring juniors What We Offer • INR 50,000 to 60,000 per month • Paid leaves • Stable role with a growing Australian outsourcing business • Opportunity to build and lead the finance team
