Job Description
As the Business Finance Head (CFO) for one of the growing segments, youll manage financial planning, analysis, business strategies and reporting to keep operations on track and support decision-making. This role is based in Aurangabad ( and focuses on the energy/manufacturing industry.

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Lead business planning, long-term financial strategy, and capital allocation.
- Oversea commercial finance.
- Monitor and manage financial performance, risks and internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Monitor Cash Flow & Working Capital Management.
- Collaborate with operational/tech teams to optimise costs and improve efficiency.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve business goals.
- Work on improving financial systems and processes.
Profile

- A strong background in finance or accounting (CA/CMA/MBA).
- Experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
