Artificial Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a Specialist AI with deep expertise in data engineering and business intelligence to lead the design, optimization, and evolution of our analytics ecosystem. This role plays a critical part in shaping scalable data models, driving BI standards, and enabling AI-powered insights across the organization.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and the ability to guide best practices across data and BI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable data models for advanced analytics and business intelligence.
• Architect and optimize Snowflake data structures, pipelines, and performance strategies.
• Develop and govern high-impact Tableau dashboards and semantic layers aligned with enterprise standards.
• Drive best practices in SQL development (T-SQL & Snowflake SQL) and data modeling methodologies (dimensional, analytical, hybrid models).
• Partner with product, analytics, and engineering teams to translate complex business problems into scalable data solutions.
• Establish data quality, validation, and governance standards across BI assets.
• Mentor junior engineers and BI developers, promoting consistency and technical excellence.
• Contribute to AI-driven analytics initiatives leveraging cloud-native capabilities.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to the data and BI architecture within the AWS ecosystem.

Required Technical Expertise

• Advanced proficiency in Snowflake (performance tuning, modeling, optimization)
• Expert-level SQL / T-SQL
• Strong experience with Tableau (data sources, performance optimization, enterprise governance)
• Solid experience with SQL Server environments
• Strong understanding of data modeling principles (dimensional modeling, star schemas, performance trade-offs)
• Experience operating in AWS-based data environments

Tools & Technologies (Preferred / Plus)

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field (Masters preferred but not required)
