  • technical claim assessment, supplier negotiations, warranty agreement management, analytics, and recovery operations to minimize warranty spend and improve supplier Rec. Supplier Waarranty
  • warranty-related costs from suppliers when a supplied component is determined to be responsible for a product failure during the warranty period. The process helps Original Equipment
  • profitability, and drive supplier accountability through technical claim assessment, negotiation. Skilled in end-to-end warranty recovery operations for global OEMs, including technical skills.
  • warranty agreement interpretation, supplier negotiations, appeals management, part return coordination, and recovery optimization. Experienced in SAP, Supplier Portal, Qlik Sense, analysis.
