What would you do? • The Senior Reporting Executive is a seasoned, hands-on expert responsible for leading all reporting, analytics, and performance intelligence functions. This individual operates at a strategic level while maintaining deep technical mastery across all reporting disciplines. They serve as the definitive authority on data integrity, portfolio visibility, and executive reporting • • Produce high-quality, board-level and C-suite reporting packages with clear narratives, trend insights, and forward-looking indicators. • • Define reporting standards, governance, and cadence across the PMO and all project streams. • • Ensure all portfolio reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned to organizational strategy. • • Own and lead the design of enterprise-wide reporting frameworks covering the full project an • Prepare management reports and analysis, both recurring and ad-hoc. • It focuses on tracking business performance through trusted data and insights while actively managing employee behaviors.
What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Reporting Analytics - P1 • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field; Masters degree preferred. • 10+ years of progressive experience in SLA KPI, performance and portfolio reporting, or enterprise analytics role • Demonstrated track record of reporting at executive and board level • Expert-level mastery of Microsoft Excel in all its advanced capabilities (Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA macros, dynamic arrays). • Strong hands-on proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent BI platforms. • Deep knowledge of PMO methodologies, • Experience in large-scale, complex, or multi-geography portfolio environments. • Proficiency in SQL or similar data querying languages. • Familiarity with ERP or PPM tools (SAP, Oracle, Planview, Clarity, etc.). • Change management or transformation program experience. • Prior experience working in Health Admin Appeals process is preferred
Roles and Responsibilities: • Advanced Analytics & Trend Intelligence • Lead trend analysis across cost, schedule, resource utilization, risk, and benefits realization. • Build sophisticated forecasting and scenario models to support strategic planning and portfolio prioritization. • Develop predictive dashboards that surface early warning signals before issues escalate. • Drive a culture of insight-led decision making by connecting data dots across multiple workstreams. • Excel & Tooling Mastery • Operate as the organizations ultimate authority on Microsoft Excel Power Query, Power Pivot, advanced VBA macros, dynamic arrays, and complex multi-source data models. • Evaluate, implement, and continuously improve reporting tools and platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent). • Establish and enforce data quality standards, ensuring a single source of truth across all reporting outputs. • Strategic Stakeholder Engagement • Present findings, portfolio health, and strategic recommendations directly to executive leadership, steering committees, and boards. • Influence senior stakeholders through compelling data storytelling converting numbers into decisions. • Act as a trusted advisor to the Operations Manager and Team on all matters related to performance reporting and portfolio analytics. • Bridge the gap between technical reporting teams and business leadership, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment.Any Graduation
