Job description:
Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor KPIs and operational performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights.
• Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Present findings and recommendations to the leadership team in a clear, concise manner.
• Continuously adopt new tools and technology solutions, enhancing productivity through training and skill development.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree.
• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in operations or supply chain.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar), with working knowledge of PowerPoint.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
