Recruitment Specialist

As a Recruitment Specialist at Accurex Biomedical Pvt. Ltd., your primary responsibility will be to source, hire, and interview candidates for various positions within our organization. You will be based in Mumbai and work on-site full-time. Your role will involve coordinating recruiting efforts, maintaining communication with candidates, conducting initial screenings, and providing training for new hires. It is essential to have experience in hiring and interviewing candidates, strong recruiting and training skills, excellent communication skills, good organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work on-site in Tarapur. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Previous experience in the healthcare or diagnostics industry would be considered a plus.
