Role Overview :
We are seeking a creative, insights driven Content, Social Media Influencer Marketing Specialist to strengthen digital presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate has proven experience in developing compelling content, nurturing online communities, managing influencer collaborations, and driving measurable brand engagement in beauty or lifestyle categories.
Role & responsibilities :
Social Media Management
- Plan and execute platform specific content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with brand campaigns, product launches, and cultural trends.
- Drive community engagement by responding to comments, DMs, and fostering meaningful interactions.
- Monitor platform performance, trends, and algorithm updates to optimize visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with the creative agency to ensure timely delivery of high quality visual and video assets.
Content Creation
- Brief, review, and refine content produced by partner agencies, creators, and internal teams.
- Support the ideation and production of videos, reels, tutorials, testimonials, and educational content.
- Ensure consistency with brand voice, visual style, and storytelling guidelines.
- Benchmark competitor content and identify new formats, hooks, and storytelling angles.
Influencer Marketing
- Develop and manage influencer programs across micro, macro, and KOL tiers.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard creators aligned with the brands positioning.
- Manage influencer briefs, timelines, approvals, deliverables, and campaign execution.

- Track influencer campaign ROI through reach, engagement, conversions, and content quality.
- Build strong long-term relationships with creators, agencies, and talent managers.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track ongoing platform metrics reach, engagement, views, saves, clicks, follower growth.
- Prepare weekly and monthly social media & influencer performance dashboards.
- Identify insights, trends, and opportunities to build future content strategies.
- Recommend data backed optimizations to improve channel performance and campaign results.
Brand & Cross Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Digital Brand Manager to execute brand building initiatives.
- Ensure content alignment with product narratives, campaign objectives, and brand values.
- Coordinate with Marketplace and D2C teams for content support during launches and promotions.
