Job Description
- Srong experience in IT / technical recruitment full-cycle recruiting, handling multiple requisitions, with evidence of successful hiring for technical positions.
- Good understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the tech job market
- Worked for Product clients hiring on Contract position.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment tools — e.g. applicant tracking systems (ATS), job-boards, sourcing tools, social networks (e.g. LinkedIn), possibly Boolean search techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong organization and time-management abilities
