Job Description
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in sheet metal fabrication.
- Promote company capabilities in laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, fabrication, and assembly.
- Handle RFQs, understand customer drawings/specifications, and coordinate with costing/engineering teams.
- Prepare and submit commercial proposals and quotations.
- Conduct price negotiations and finalize orders with customers.
- Coordinate with production, costing, quality, and logistics teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Track market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue growth.
- Attend customer meetings, plant visits, and technical discussions.
- Update CRM and prepare sales reports and forecasts.

- Experience in sheet metal fabrication industry.
- Strong knowledge of laser cutting, bending, welding, fabrication processes.
- Good understanding of drawings, BOM, and costing concepts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer development.
