Qualification: Bachelor s/Master s in Environmental Studies, Social Governance, or Sustainability
Experience: 5 10 years

Key Responsibilities

ESG Strategy & Implementation

• Implement and update ESG policies and frameworks aligned with global standards.
• Track sustainability KPIs: energy, emissions, waste, water.
• Coordinate ESG data collection across plants and functions.
• Prepare ESG disclosures, sustainability reports, and audit documentation.

Risk Management & Governance

• Develop and maintain risk management and compliance policies.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks.
• Conduct risk assessments across operations, supply chain, and compliance areas.
• Maintain enterprise risk registers with mitigation actions.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Prepare dashboards and reports for ESG and risk KPIs.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to embed ESG and risk practices.
• Liaise with regulators, auditors, and certification bodies on compliance matters.

Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, sustainability reporting, and risk management.
• Experience in policy compliance, risk assessment, or ESG reporting (manufacturing preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Detail oriented and structured approach to work.
