Job Description

Designation: Sales & Marketing Manager Aluminium Division


Location: Bangalore
Experience: 10 years in B2B industrial/engineering product marketing
preferably aluminium or metals industry



Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales & Marketing to lead and grow our aluminum business
This individual will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth
enhance market share
and strengthen the company's brand presence in domestic and international markets



Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Operations


  • Develop and implement sales strategies for aluminum products




  • Achieve revenue
    volume
    and profitability targets




  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts in industrial
    construction
    automotive
    and export markets




  • Identify new business opportunities
    including OEM and institutional clients




  • Lead and manage the sales team across multiple regions




Marketing & Branding


  • Build and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital
    trade shows
    B2B events)




  • Develop pricing strategies
    product positioning
    and promotional plans




  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities




  • Oversee product development feedback in coordination with R&D and production teams




Leadership & Team Management


  • Lead a cross-functional team including sales managers
    marketing executives
    and support staff




  • Set performance goals
    monitor KPIs
    and ensure team alignment with organizational goals




  • Provide coaching
    mentoring
    and training to enhance team capabilities

Customer Relationship Management


  • Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business




  • Resolve customer issues with cross-functional coordination (production
    logistics
    quality)




  • Expand dealer/distributor network
    if applicable





Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Business / Marketing (MBA preferred)




  • 10 15 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing in the aluminum or metals industry




  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large sales teams




  • Experience in domestic and international markets preferred
