Job Description

Position Brief & Process Summary:
A key member of the AD&M team in AXA GBS, the main responsibilities include working on Aura Next projects, understanding and meeting client requirements, preparations of BRD/TSD documents, and proactively communicating with external and internal customers for a successful integration of Aura Tool with Point of Sale. Supporting on all BAU activities as and when received. Be an active support to Manager for related tasks and transversals, process improvisations and other tasks.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment.
- Process Analysis: Map current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to develop solutions that meet business requirements.
- Documentation: Create clear documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and user stories.
- Validation and Testing: Assist in developing test cases, validate solutions, and ensure they meet requirements.


- Change Management: Support implementation of solutions and facilitate change management activities.
- Communication: Act as a point of contact between business units and technical teams.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Track the performance of implemented solutions and recommend improvements.
- Support during Implementation: Provide support during deployment and post-implementation phases.
Must have.
- Graduates/B.E./B.Tech
- Understanding of Life and Healthcare insurance Concepts and Products (Europe and Asia Market)
- Excellent Communication skill
- Critical and logical thinking
