Job Description
- Business Analysis
- Work with business teams to understand the business tracking needs
- Create the Tracking plan by adhering to the standards in place
- Create the data layer to be provide to the website development team
- Share the info with technical team for implementation of data layer
- Document the requirements in Jira
- Technical Implementation and Strategy
- Define the strategy of GTM and execute it to simply and standardize it across all SE sites
- Implement and maintain server-side tagging
- Provide expert technical view and Estimation of tasks for given business requirements
- Drive product development roadmap and execution
- Debugging issues related to data quality, tagging implementation and data layer
- Google Analytics and GTM expert, implement GA/GTM on complex projects
- Defining tagging strategy to standardize across SE websites (se.com, shop, shop, mySchneider, and so on)
- Work with website development teams to help them understand, implement, and answer any questions related to the data layer
- Perform Peer review for code changes and provide the best solution
- In charge of Certification, Access management admin roles
- Work with GA vendors to raise and follow bug validation
- Ensure all actions carried out within this scope comply with legal and regulatory requirements from our data privacy team and SE global guidelines
- Project Management and Co-ordination
- Defining process
- Perform prioritization with help of Domain owner
- Lead agile and scrum activities including
- Maintain Jira boards and follow-ups with the team
- Lead daily standup calls
- Weekly Prioritization calls
- Weekly Planning calls
- Monthly review calls
- Fun Fridays
- Coordination between business and dev teams in timely manner
