Mandatory Criteria:

Minimum 1 years of experience in AR Calling Denial Management.

US Healthcare experience is compulsory.

Freshers / Non-RCM profiles will NOT be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Work on denied claims
• • Call US insurance companies to follow up on denied claims.

  Get Hired
  • Analyse EOBs/ERAs and identify denial reasons.
• • Handle denials related to Authorization, Eligibility, Timely Filing, Medical Necessity, Coding issues, etc.
• • Initiate reprocessing and appeals through Epic workflow.
• • Maintain accurate documentation and account notes in Epic.
• • Focus on AR aging reduction and revenue recovery.
• • Achieve daily productivity and quality targets.

Required Skills:

• • Strong experience in Denial AR Calling.
• • Good understanding of US Healthcare RCM cycle.
• • Basic knowledge of CPT / ICD-10 / HCPCS codes.
• • Good communication skills.
• • Willingness to work in Night Shift.
