Investment Banking Analyst - Mergers & Acquisitions

What role you will play in team:Support senior bankers in the execution of mergers and acquisitions transactions.

What you will do:Conduct financial analysis, prepare presentations, and assist in client communication.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis of target companies.
• Prepare presentations and marketing materials for potential buyers and sellers.
• Assist in the due diligence process.
• Manage client communication and relationships.
  
• Support the deal execution process, including document preparation and closing.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of mergers and acquisitions processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
