Investment Banking Associate – Debt Capital Markets

What role you will play in team: You will support senior bankers in executing debt capital market transactions, from origination to closing.

What you will do: You will assist in preparing marketing materials, conducting due diligence, and managing the transaction process.

Key responsibility:

• Assist in the preparation of debt offering memoranda
• Conduct financial analysis and valuation of potential issuers
• Manage the due diligence process
• Prepare presentations for potential investors

• Coordinate with legal, accounting, and other internal teams
• Assist in the closing of debt transactions

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Strong understanding of debt capital markets and financial instruments
• Experience in financial modeling and valuation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
