Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Senior IT Professional specializing in the US Healthcare domain to join

our dynamic team in Faridabad. The ideal candidate should have IT security systems, compliance

frameworks, cloud platforms, and team management expertise. This role requires a proactive leader

who can ensure seamless IT operations while adhering to healthcare standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

? Oversee and implement security systems to safeguard data integrity.

? Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations.

? Manage firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and other security

measures.

Cloud Infrastructure:

? Manage and optimize cloud platforms, including Azure and AWS.

? Ensure scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency of cloud service

Audits & Risk Management:

? Conduct internal and external IT audits to maintain regulatory compliance.

? Identify, assess, and mitigate IT risks in alignment with healthcare standards.

Team Management:

? Lead and mentor an IT team to achieve departmental goals.

? Foster collaboration and ensure adherence to timelines for IT projects.

Qualifications & Skill

Proven experience in the US Healthcare IT domain with a focus on compliance and

security.

Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and other healthcare-related compliance

standards.

Hands-on experience with firewalls, security systems, and audit protocol

Proficiency in Azure and AWS cloud environment

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to IT challenges.
