Job Description

What role you will play in team: Lead financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence efforts for potential private equity investments.

What you will do: You will independently manage the financial analysis of target companies and prepare comprehensive investment memos.

Key responsibility:

  • Lead financial modeling and valuation of potential investments.
  • Conduct in-depth industry and company research.
  • Manage the due diligence process, including financial, legal, and operational aspects.
  • Prepare detailed investment memos and presentations for investment committee review.
  • Monitor and track the performance of portfolio companies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with portfolio company management teams.

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • MBA or Master's degree in Finance or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in private equity.
  • Extensive experience in financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    Proficiency in financial software and databases.
