Senior Private Equity Analyst

What role you will play in team: Lead the financial analysis and due diligence efforts for potential private equity investments.

What you will do: Develop sophisticated financial models, analyze industry trends, and create compelling investment proposals.

Key responsibility:

• Lead the financial modeling and valuation of prospective investments.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including financial statement analysis and industry research.
• Prepare detailed investment recommendations and presentations.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices.

  Manage and coordinate the research and analysis processes.
• Contribute to the development of investment strategy and thesis.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Master's degree in Finance, MBA, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in Private Equity or Investment Banking.
• Expert in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Deep understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Bloomberg Terminal.
