Product Manager- FMEG

Role & responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities:
• Key Account
• Management

• Scale the Direct Dealer Program for RR Signature.
• Identify, onboard, and manage key dealer accounts across priority markets.
• Drive revenue growth, range expansion, and visibility for key accounts.
• Create differentiated value propositions for Star Dealers including:

• Marketing & branding support
• In-store visibility and merchandising
• Promoter deployment and productivity tracking
• Schemes, incentives, and engagement initiatives

• Track program performance using KPIs such as revenue growth, throughput,

and dealer ROI.

• Loyalty Program
• Development
• Retailers &
• Electricians

• • Build and manage a loyalty program for retailers and electricians for the
• Fans, Lighting & Appliances division.
• • Define program structure including earning mechanics, rewards, tiers, and
• engagement journeys.

• Drive adoption, usage, and engagement of the loyalty platform.
• Coordinate with digital, IT, and agency partners for program execution.
• Monitor program effectiveness through metrics such as active users, repeat

scans, and incremental sales.

Desired Profile • 3+ years of experience in Sales, program management, or sales

enablement, preferably in FMEG / FMCG / Consumer Durables.

• Strong understanding of dealer-led distribution and trade marketing.
• Data-driven mindset with strong execution capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
