Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end talent acquisition , with hands-on expertise in sourcing through recruitment portals and social media, vendor management, stakeholder engagement, and employee onboarding.

The candidate should be a creative and out-of-the-box thinker who can identify innovative sourcing channels, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver quality talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across various functions and levels.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other innovative channels .
• Understand hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies for different positions.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
• Coordinate and drive the interview process with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
• Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Ensure recruitment targets and timelines are met while maintaining quality of hire.

Vendor Management

• Manage relationships with external recruitment consultants and hiring vendors.
• Allocate requirements to appropriate vendors and monitor their performance.
• Ensure timely submission of quality profiles from recruitment partners.
• Track vendor performance, closures, and overall productivity.
• Develop and maintain a strong recruitment vendor network.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand manpower requirements.
• Ensure clear communication regarding hiring status, challenges, and timelines.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and MIS to relevant stakeholders.
• Act as a strong HR/TA partner to the business and proactively address hiring challenges.

Onboarding

• Coordinate the complete pre-joining and onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Ensure smooth documentation, background verification, joining formalities, and coordination with relevant teams.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates between offer acceptance and joining.
• Identify and minimize offer dropouts and joining delays.

Recruitment Analytics Process Improvement

• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring dashboards.
• Monitor key recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, vendor performance, and closure rate .
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Explore new-age and innovative sourcing techniques to improve hiring efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources / Personnel Management or equivalent qualification.
• 78 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the E-commerce, Internet, Technology, or fast-paced business environment .
• Strong hands-on experience in sourcing through job portals and social media platforms .
• Proven experience in vendor management and stakeholder management .
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Should demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking and the ability to develop innovative approaches to talent sourcing.
• Strong ownership and ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
