Job Responsibilities :
1. Portfolio Strategy Development : Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's portfolio of machine manufacturing products, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and market trends.
2. Product Lifecycle Management : Oversee the entire lifecycle of products within the portfolio, from concept development through to end-of-life, ensuring profitability and market competitiveness.
3. Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the machine manufacturing industry.
4. Financial Analysis and Forecasting : Analyze financial data, including sales forecasts, budgets, and profit margins, to optimize product pricing and profitability within the portfolio.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams to coordinate product development, launch strategies, and promotional activities.
6. Risk Management : Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development, production, and market acceptance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
7. Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into portfolio strategies.
8. Performance Monitoring : Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to portfolio performance, recommending adjustments and improvements as necessary.
