Role Description
Should carry experienced in domestic Bpo Bulk Hiring for inbond and outbond customer support

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Recruiter based in Coimbatore. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Additionally, the Senior Recruiter will maintain candidate databases, conduct background checks, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Proficiency in various recruitment tools and platforms
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
