Senior Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly driven and result-oriented Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring across multiple functions. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional sourcing capabilities, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver against demanding hiring targets and SLAs. The role requires expertise in leveraging modern recruitment technologies and AI tools to identify, engage, and hire top talent efficiently.

Talent Sourcing & Acquisition

• Experience in corporate talent acquisition for large organizations, GCCs, conglomerates, manufacturing, infrastructure, energy, finance, technology, or shared services environments.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer rollout and onboarding.
• Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels including Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Portals, Social Media Platforms, Employee Referrals, and Professional Networks.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and other recruitment technologies to improve sourcing effectiveness, screening quality, and recruiter productivity.
• Conduct candidate assessment, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.

Target & SLA Management

• Consistently achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.
• Drive recruitment KPIs including Time-to-Fill, Quality of Hire, Offer-to-Join Ratio, and Selection Ratios.
• Ensure adherence to agreed recruitment SLAs and stakeholder expectations.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and provide regular hiring updates.

Candidate Experience & Negotiation

• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Lead salary negotiations and manage offer discussions effectively.
• Handle candidate objections, competing offers, and closure strategies to ensure successful conversions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and talent communities.

Reporting & Analytics

• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Prepare hiring analytics, funnel reports, and recruitment MIS.
• Utilize advanced MS Excel functions for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent command over MS Excel including: Pivot Tables,VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP,Data Validation
