Tax Manager - Corporate Tax

What role you will play in team: You'll lead a team responsible for managing the company's corporate tax compliance and planning across various entities within the group.

What you will do: You'll oversee the preparation and filing of corporate tax returns, manage tax audits, and advise on tax optimization strategies to minimize tax liabilities.

Key responsibility:

• Oversee the preparation and timely filing of corporate tax returns for various entities.
• Manage and coordinate tax audits and interactions with tax authorities.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable corporate tax laws and regulations.
• Supervise and mentor junior tax professionals within the team.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-7 years experience in corporate tax.
• Proven experience in managing corporate tax compliance and planning.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Indian corporate tax laws.
• Proficient in tax software and ERP systems.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
