Job Description
Responsibilities
BE/B.Tech - with .20-25 Yrs exp
- Lead the execution of all activities related to facility maintenance (Mechanical, Electrical, C&I, PGS, Civil), ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory compliance.
- Managing large utilities, electrical systems, electrical chillers & centralized chilling plants, VAMs, Air compressors, Effluent treatment Plants, Ultra Pure & Desal Water treatment plants, Process Exhaust & Scrubber systems, handling & distribution systems for chemicals & speciality process gases, HVAC system and Class 6/7 clean-rooms, etc..
- Uphold & maintain environmental compliances and effectively liason with regulatory bodies.
- Handling & Disposal of treated sludge and silicon kerf as waste materials and creating an effective system for their management.
- Provide expert guidance and oversight to the facility and maintenance teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement proactive maintenance programs to optimize the performance and reliability of assets and associated infrastructure at Electronics manufacturing cluster.
- Ensure uninterrupted supplies to manufacturing plants at desired quality & optimum cost.
- Coordination with internal department / agencies for feedback & better services.
- Ensure 100% statutory compliances.
- Drive Energy conservation & Process improvement programs.
- Compliance of Audit observations & development of system & procedures.
- Monitoring & ensuring compliances of SOP & Maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges, leveraging innovative solutions to enhance asset performance and longevity.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of maintenance activities, driving continuous improvement and cost optimization.

- Optimise cost of spare parts, tools, and resources necessary for efficient facility and maintenance operations, ensuring adherence to budget.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements.
- Facilitate to all the section for smooth functioning by providing appropriate manpower, training, material, budget etc.
- Monitoring & control / improvement of departmental performance and optimization of cost
- Support in equipment selection and execution of expansion projects.
