Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Ad Operations with hands-on experience in mobile marketing campaigns. This role will focus on campaign tracking, attribution, reporting, and ensuring data accuracy across platforms for both domestic and global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end tracking setup and validation for mobile campaigns
- Ensure accurate attribution of installs and in-app events across MMPs
- Work closely with platforms like AppsFlyer, Branch, and similar tools
- Perform campaign QA, troubleshoot tracking issues, and validate postbacks
- Handle reporting, data reconciliation, and discrepancy analysis
- Monitor campaign performance and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution and tracking implementation
- Ensure data consistency across dashboards and analytics tools
- 14 years of experience in Ad Operations / Mobile Marketing / Attribution
- Hands-on experience with AppsFlyer, Branch, or similar MMPs
- Strong understanding of mobile attribution, event tracking, and validation
- Experience in reporting, data analysis, and discrepancy handling

- Exposure to domestic and international campaigns
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Adjust or other attribution platforms
- Basic understanding of SDK integration and postback setup
- Background in AdTech, gaming, or mobile-first companies
