About the Role
We are looking for a business-minded Graphic Designer to create high-impact, scroll-stopping creatives for Brand & Product Marketing initiatives across Adda Educations ecosystem.
This role sits at the intersection of Brand, Product, and Performance Marketing. You will collaborate closely with product marketing, growth, and brand teams to translate strategic goals into compelling visuals that drive attention, clarity, and conversion.
From in-app product creatives and performance ads to brand campaigns, scalable templates, and offline collaterals, you will help shape how Adda Education and its sub-brands appear across all user touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
1. Product & Performance Marketing Design
- Design in-app product marketing creatives across onboarding, paywalls, lifecycle communication, and feature highlights.
- Create high-converting ad creatives for Meta, Google, YouTube, and other growth platforms.
- Translate briefs into compelling visuals that balance brand storytelling with performance goals.
- Continuously iterate creatives based on feedback and performance insights.
2. Brand & Campaign Design
- Design brand and campaign creatives across digital and offline channels.
- Support product launches and seasonal campaigns with cohesive visual systems.
- Contribute to defining and maintaining group-level brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistency in typography, hierarchy, layouts, and overall visual language.
3. Templates & Scalable Design Systems
- Develop reusable design templates for social media, campaigns, and internal communication.
- Build scalable systems to enable faster and more efficient execution.
- Maintain organized design files to support collaboration.
4. Offline & Print Collaterals
- Design print collaterals such as posters, standees, flyers, and branding materials.
- Ensure digital-first creative thinking translates effectively to offline formats.

5. Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with product marketing and brand teams.
- Take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and priorities.
Who We Are Looking For
- 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, performance ads, and social media creatives.
- Proven ability to create scroll-stopping visuals with strong information hierarchy.
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, and visual communication.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and CorelDRAW.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles (preferred).
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, feedback-driven environments.
