Job Description

As a Senior Tech Sales Associate at Adeeba e-Services, your role will involve taking inbound calls from customers facing computer issues. You will be responsible for diagnosing the problems effectively and recommending the most suitable technical support plan along with relevant software solutions. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional service to our US/AUS and Canadian customers 24x7.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls promptly and professionally
- Diagnose technical issues with precision and accuracy
- Recommend appropriate technical support plans to customers

- Upsell relevant software solutions to enhance customer experience
- Meet daily sales targets to earn lucrative incentives
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum academic qualification of 10+2 or 10+3 years Diploma pass
- Graduates are preferred
