Job Description
- As a Senior Tech Sales Associate at Adeeba e-Services, your role will involve taking inbound calls from customers experiencing computer issues. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing the problem effectively and recommending the most suitable technical support plan along with relevant software to address the issue. By leveraging your expertise, you will assist customers in resolving their technical concerns while promoting and selling our support plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound calls from customers regarding computer issues
- Diagnose technical problems efficiently
- Recommend appropriate technical support plans and relevant software
- Sell technical support plans to customers
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum of 10 + 2 / 10 + 3 years Diploma pass
- Graduates
