A leading organization in the aquaculture and seafood exports sector is looking to hire a Key Account Manager to drive business growth and manage strategic customer relationships across international markets.

Location: Guntur (Travel Required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow key customer relationships across international seafood markets
• Drive sales, marketing, and business development initiatives for the Aqua (Shrimp) business
• Develop a deep understanding of customer requirements, market trends, and competitive dynamics
• Manage end-to-end coordination across sourcing, processing, quality, logistics, and export functions
• Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion strategies
• Lead commercial discussions, pricing negotiations, and account management activities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction

Ideal Candidate:

• Masters in Industrial Fisheries, MBA, B.FSc, or equivalent qualification

• 10+ years of experience across the Aqua (Shrimp) value chain
• Strong exposure to international marketing and exports of fresh seafood products
• Hands-on understanding of seafood processing, sourcing, quality standards, and global customer requirements
• Strong commercial acumen, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills
