Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented finance & accounting intern to join our team. This role will focus on assisting with tax invoicing, processing reimbursements, and managing invoices. The ideal candidate will gain hands-on experience in finance operations while working closely with the finance and accounts team.
Selected Interns Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in preparing, verifying, and processing tax invoices in compliance with applicable regulations
- Support the reimbursement process by reviewing and validating claims
- Maintain and update invoice records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information in invoices and reimbursements
- Aid in the preparation of reports related to invoicing and reimbursements
- Provide support in financial audits and documentation as required
- Stay updated on tax laws and invoicing standards relevant to the role
